Account Information

When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). If you sign in via Google or another OAuth provider, we receive basic profile information from that provider.

Audio & Translation Data

When you use our voice translation features, audio is processed in real time to produce transcriptions and translations. We do not retain audio recordings beyond the duration of your session. Transcription text and translation history may be stored to provide you with session history features, subject to your account settings.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with MoxiVoice, including pages visited, features used, credit consumption, session durations, and error logs. This data is used to operate and improve the service.

• To manage your account and process subscription payments

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Translation history is retained for the period specified in your plan settings. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), hashed password storage, and restricted access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
